Year Five Assembly

On Friday the 5^th of April, the Year Five class performed ‘Cindy Ella’ at the assembly. ‘Cindy Ella’ is an Australian rendition of the story of Cinderella. The children worked together as a class to create a script that was full of Australian colloquialisms and slang. The students had fun learning their lines and coming up with actions to accompany the play. The students also visited the nursing home to perform their play for the residents, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
